From Flying Like and Eagle, To Becoming a Legal Eagle

Don Maciejewski, partner with the Jacksonville, Florida law firm Zisser Robison Brown Nowlis Maciejewski & Cabrey, P.A., was recently featured in the Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville’s premier newspaper.
This wasn’t your typical attorney profile – because Maciejewski isn’t you’re typical attorney.
For 15 years, Maciejewski served in the Army as a Medevac pilot as part of the accident investigation team. In his line of work, he met with attorneys regularly to talk about accidents. After years of meetings with attorneys in suits, Maciejewski decided to hang up his wings and Army uniform and become a legal eagle.
Today, Maciejewski has come full circle: he’s still investigating aviation accidents as a Certified Aviation Accident Investigator and full-time attorney, but this time, he’s the one wearing the suit.
