The flame above the logs pays tribute to its hickory coal grills – unique among all the restaurants in New York as the only way they cook their steak. The logs echo the bold design of the restaurant’s chandeliers – dating back to 1940s. Today, the company, with locations nationwide, enjoys a legendary brand with vision and a sense of history. Its management team has spearheaded some of the most beloved restaurants in the city with deep knowledge and a deeper appreciation of what makes New York a legend in its own right.
