Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s a jet packer! That was the entertaining view buyers enjoyed at the kick-off to the marina construction party we planned  and executed for one of our Miami real estate clients.

Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences is Miami-Dade’s first condominium project with a marina component to rise in 20 years. The marina will be the centerpiece of the establishment; the dock system will be right in the middle of the marina, it will have its own fuel station and provide a full-time dock master.

The kick-off to marina construction party took place on January 24, with more than 200 guests who enjoyed traditional barbecue cuisine right off the grill, live music and several shows by AquaJet’s Geoffrey Lardy who strapped on a backpack that uses the power of water to propel him 30 feet in the air. Lardy did tricks over the soon-to-be 112-slip marina and waved to guests who were enjoying the show from the patio. MarineMax also provided personal tours for yacht enthusiasts of an Azimut 64 Flybridge, 54 Sundance and Five-Ten Fly.

At BoardroomPR, we are proud to have helped Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences plan and enjoy this exciting and successful party!
