Located in both Polk and Osceola counties, APV is the largest homeowners association in the state and one of the largest in the country. This sprawling 45,000 acre, suburban community has more than 26,000 homes with approximately 50,000 deed homeowners, over 150,000 registered residents and more than 250 businesses.

Boardroom will work with APV to promote its many wonderful lifestyle activities, new community activity campus amenities and upcoming recreational park improvement projects, all of which are greatly enriching the lives of its residents and the surrounding community.
