The Heart Gallery of Broward County will recognize Children’s Rights’ lawyer Howard Talenfeld of Talenfeld Law as Child Advocate of the Year during its “Eat Your Heart Out” culinary feast on Wednesday, November 2 from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale. The event will feature the award presentation, food sampling, wine and spirits, silent auction and live entertainment.

The event will benefit Heart Gallery of Broward County, a respected not-for-profit committed to finding loving families for the hardest to place foster children. The organization started in 2007 as a traveling photography exhibit of foster children who were waiting to be permanently adopted and has evolved to work closely with ChildNet and local foster care providers to seek adoptive families and other connections for these children.
