South Florida’s retail industry is making a big comeback. In a story today in the Daily Business Review, reporter Samantha Joseph cited a new report that states increased consumer confidence is driving more retailers to expand and of those, restaurant retailers are both dominating the market and paying the highest rents.
Vacancy rates have improved dramatically compared to three years ago, creating the need for more high-quality retail space in the market.
