PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach, the area’s first luxury residential condominium project in over a decade, recently announced a construction milestone.  Crews have finished pouring the 9^th floor of the 18-story luxury tower, which means the building has now reached the halfway mark.  BoardroomPR’s multi-media specialist was there capturing video and photos of the milestone.

The development team broke ground on PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach in December of  2014 and the topping off is scheduled to take place in mid-October.

Located at 701 N. Atlantic Boulevard, the development sits on a prime, two-acre oceanfront location overlooking the lush landscaping of Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and the endless Atlantic shoreline.

Available residences consist of two, three and four bedrooms with prices beginning at $1.2 million.  There is also a custom-designed penthouse available priced at $9 million.
