On October 27, Florida crisis management expert Don Silver moderated a panel of IT and cybersecurity experts discussing how South Florida’s healthcare providers and companies can defend themselves from these malicious hackers in an effort to keep patient data confidential. Security hacks and breeches of personal information can ruin reputations, invite lawsuits and investigations or even take a company down. That’s why it is imperative to develop and maintain best practices with your systems and employees.
