LOFTY

Innovative Miami real estate developer Newgard Development Group’s LOFTY Brickell is bringing the city its first luxury condo building designed and built specifically for home sharing. BoardroomPR was on hand for an exciting groundbreaking celebration at the LOFTY site on Jan. 31. Over 200 residential real estate professionals, city and county officials and other invited guests toasted the 44-story LOFTY and enjoyed an amazing jetpack performance on the Miami River, a virtual reality simulation of the LOFTY experience and much more.

The Harvey Hernandez-led Newgard’s LOFTY is the most elevated offering in its flexible ownership concept. BoardroomPR’s residential real estate publicists and social media experts previously helped another Newgard condo development, Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach, reach SOLD OUT status. Cervera Real Estate is LOFTY’s exclusive sales and marketing representative, and the project team includes interior designer INC and renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica.

The 362-unit LOFTY features 309 tower residences including studio, one- and two-bedroom units alongside 40,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated amenities, including a private marina, a world-renowned waterfront dining destination to be announced later this year, a members-only social club, resort pool deck and fitness center, indoor/outdoor cigar lounge, co-working lounge and meeting rooms. LOFTY’s 53-unit Penthouse Collection offers spacious two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences that are curated and will be furnished by revered design firm Artefacto.

LOFTY’s Penthouse collection also gives exclusive access to a “Penthouse Observatory,” a 2,000-square-foot private serviced VIP amenity lounge on the 35th floor, exclusive to the penthouse homeowners and their guests. Penthouses are priced from nearly $1.8 million to $3.5 million.

Nearly 90% of the project’s condos are sold, so the window for buyers to be part of Miami’s residential equivalent of a 5-star boutique hospitality brand is rapidly closing.
