One of BoardroomPR’s commercial real estate clients, Six/Ten LLC, is making its mark in Central Florida with the revitalization of Downtown Winter Haven. As profiled the recent article “Labors of Love: Company Committed to Downtown Winter Haven,” the company has several retail, office and residential projects underway, with the aim of bringing new business and people to the area. One of Six/Ten’s residential projects, RainGarden, is the first new multi-family project in the area in more than two decades. Other projects include a retail and office space called Central Park Square and Inland Fiber & Data Technology Park.
