In 2026, two of BoardroomPR’s longtime real estate clients are marking an extraordinary milestone: 100 years of continuous operation, leadership and industry impact. The Keyes Company and Tobin, Inc. were both founded in 1926 by visionary entrepreneurs who helped shape Florida’s real estate industry through innovation, resilience and a long-term commitment to serving people and communities. One century later, both firms remain family-led, future-focused and deeply influential across local, statewide and national markets.

Keyes, Florida’s largest independent real estate brokerage, is celebrating a century defined by adaptation. Founded by Kenneth Keyes during Florida’s early real estate boom, the company has navigated nearly every major economic and market disruption imaginable, from the Great Depression and World War II to the rise of digital real estate and today’s fast-moving residential real estate environment.

Under three generations of leadership, including current CEO Mike Pappas and President Christina Pappas, Keyes has continually evolved its services, expanded its footprint and stayed grounded in a simple guiding question: what do consumers need right now, and how can we deliver it better than anyone else?

Tobin, headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, is also commemorating 100 years as a family-owned real estate, development, management and construction firm. Founded by Ben Tobin during the Depression era, the company grew from opportunistic property acquisitions into a nationally active commercial real estate platform with more than $2 billion in completed transactions, over 100 million square feet managed and operations spanning 16 states. Known for its transformative role in shaping the City of Hollywood and its trademarked Owner’s Perspective™, Tobin continues to be led by successive generations of the Tobin family, including Chairman Herb Tobin and President Jason Tobin.

BoardroomPR is proud to work alongside industry leaders like The Keyes Company and Tobin, Inc., helping tell the stories behind their milestones, leadership transitions, community impact and long-term vision. Their centennials are not just a celebration of longevity, but a testament to what is possible when companies remain adaptable, values-driven and relentlessly focused on the future.
