BoardroomPR’s diversified roster of real estate and construction clients was well represented during the South Florida Business Journal’s fourth annual Structures Awards on Nov. 21 at Jungle Island in Miami. The event recognizes South Florida’s top projects, transactions, and dealmakers.

Firm commercial real estate client Native Realty earned the prestigious “Terry Stiles Deal of the Year” award for its work brokering the record-breaking sale of the Hive and Flagler Uptown buildings in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village. Major development Aventura ParkSquare won the “Best Mixed-Use Project,” while Miami general contractor Cuesta Construction was a finalist in both the “Best Hospitality Project” and “Best Retail Project” categories.
