More than 60 South Florida real estate brokers gathered at the One Hollywood Residences Sales Center in downtown Hollywood for a panel discussion on the city’s future. The lineup featured Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, Memorial Regional Hospital CEO Paul Gaden, Fortune International Group’s Edgardo Defortuna, local business owner Tal Cohen, and Sales Director Maria Elena Plasencia.
They shared insights on everything from infrastructure improvements and healthcare expansion to why now is the time to invest in Hollywood. The conversation gave brokers a clear, first-hand look at the momentum transforming the city.
