In two notable new examples, RKW Residential President – Brand & Strategic Services Joya Pavesi and KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC) will be honored this spring at awards events in Charlotte, North Carolina and Miami, Florida, respectively. Pavesi is a Charlotte Business Journal 2025 Women in Business Awards honoree, while KWPMC is a finalist for the 2025 South Florida Business Journal’s Business of the Year Awards. Forman Capital also earned significant recognition from a national commercial real estate media outlet.

Pavesi is one of just 25 outstanding businesswomen from the Charlotte region to earn this annual honor due to her vast contributions to multifamily property management firm RKW, the multifamily industry, and the community at large. She will receive her award at the CBJ 2025 Women in Business Awards event on March 20. Pavesi first joined RKW in its early stages and directly contributed to its growth from just 2,000 apartment units to its current 25,000 units under management and consulting across nine states. 

Founded in 2014, RKW has quickly grown to become a major national player, becoming a top 50 multifamily property management company in the entire U.S. based on portfolio size.BoardroomPR has proudly served as RKW’s public relations and social media management agency for nearly a decade.

KWPMC is a Miami-based residential property management company that specializes in management and consulting services for condominium associates at luxury high-rise buildingsand HOAs at large master-planned communities. It is one of the largest association management companies in Florida, and one of South Florida’s largest private companies and employers. KWPMC will be honored as one of the 2025 SFBJ Business of the Year finalists during the April 17 awards event.

Forman Capital, a leading private commercial real estate lender, was honored with a 2025 CRE Debt & Equity Rainmaker award by GlobeSt. The prestigious award recognizes individuals and companies that “demonstrated exceptional prowess” in navigating choppy waters over the past year and closing new deals.
