The Keyes Company CEO Headlines Speaker Lineup for Major Real Estate Conference
August 19, 2024
The Real Deal’s South Florida Real Estate Forum is Miami’s biggest annual real estate event – and one of the biggest east of the Mississippi, with more than 6,000 attendees. The 2024 edition is poised to be even larger, expanding to two full days at Mana Wynwood. Mike Pappas, CEO of longtime BoardroomPR residential real estate client The Keyes Company, is one of the event’s featured speakers.
Pappas is set to be a panelist on what is possibly the most anticipated discussion topic of the entire event: “Reinventing the Business of Brokerage: How Top Resi Firms are Reassessing the Market.” The panel, which is scheduled for 2:15 pm on Nov. 7, 2024 (the second day of the conference), will examine how brokerage leaders are adjusting to new industry rules governing commissions and the housing market’s retreat from historic pandemic-era highs. With more than 3,000 agents, Keyes is Florida’s largest independent real estate brokerage and one of the nation’s largest.
Those who plan to attend the South Florida Real Estate Forum can save 20% by using the code “ThanksMichael” when purchasing tickets. BoardroomPR is always well-represented at this can’t-miss real estate event, which also has more than 100 exhibitors promoting new luxury residential developments, proptech, real estate services and more.
BoardroomPR and Keyes have worked together for nearly a decade, as our agency serves as the brokerage’s exclusive public relations and social media partner.
The relationship dates back to 2016, when Keyes engaged BoardroomPR in advance of finalizing a merger with prestigious Palm Beach real estate brokerage Illustrated Properties that led to Keyes becoming Florida’s largest independently owned brokerage. After Keyes and Illustrated received substantial positive coverage of the merger, BoardroomPR was retained as the Public Relations partner for Keyes, Illustrated and the company’s mortgage, title, property management and insurance brands. Several years ago, Keyes turned to BoardroomPR to take over Social Media Management and Content Creation to enable our team to tell its story consistently across all of its public relations and marketing channels.
Our long-term work with Keyes is a shining example of the integrated services we provide to residential real estate developers and brokers.
