BoardroomPR longtime real estate client Newgard Group and partner Two Roads Development recently celebrated a major construction milestone with the topping off of both condominium towers at One Brickell Riverfront, a transformative, master-planned project rising along the Miami River in the heart of Brickell’s financial district. The milestone marks the exterior completion of LOFTY Brickell and The Standard Residences, Brickell, two architecturally distinct towers that share a unified podium and are redefining riverfront living in Miami’s urban core.

In January 2026, the development team, joined by general contractor G.T. McDonald, gathered on site for a traditional topping-off ceremony, commemorating the achievement by raising an American flag and placing a palm tree atop the LOFTY Brickell tower. The event celebrated not only the construction progress, but also the collaboration behind one of Brickell’s most significant new residential developments. BoardroomPR’s award-winning public relations and social media teams were on hand to capture compelling video, photography and soundbites from the ceremony, bringing the milestone to life across digital and media platforms. 

Located directly across from Brickell City Centre, One Brickell Riverfront occupies one of the neighborhood’s last undeveloped riverfront sites. Designed by Arquitectonica, LOFTY Brickell will rise 44 stories and feature 362 fully furnished residences, while The Standard Residences, Brickell will reach 46 stories with 422 residences. Construction remains months ahead of schedule, with both towers on track for delivery in August 2027. 

The topping off follows the joint venture’s closing of $513 million in construction financing in late 2025, one of the largest residential construction loans in South Florida, which supported the project’s continued momentum through its vertical construction phase. The scale of the financing shows market confidence in the vision for One Brickell Riverfront and its role in the ongoing evolution of Brickell. 

Formed in November 2024, the strategic partnership between Newgard Group and Two Roads Development was created to transform one of Brickell’s final riverfront parcels into a vibrant, integrated residential destination. As One Brickell Riverfront continues to rise, the topping-off milestone signals a pivotal step forward in delivering a project that blends bold design, hospitality-driven amenities and a prime riverfront location.
