Salato Celebrates Grand Opening in Booming Pompano Beach

U.S. Development marked a landmark moment for South Florida’s luxury real estate market with the grand opening of Salato Pompano Beach, the most exclusive condominium development of its kind in one of the region’s fastest-growing cities.
On May 14, 2026, U.S. Development CEO John Farina and COO Dustin Salzano were joined by an impressive roster of collaborators, including Salato architect Randall Stofft, acclaimed interior designer Steven G., and executives from general contractor KAST Construction. Also in attendance were Tinka Ellington Group at Compass, the project’s exclusive sales representative, marketing partner IMI Worldwide Properties, and Pompano Beach CRA Director Nguyen Tran. The gathering demonstrated the community significance and industry excitement surrounding the development.
Guests were treated to an unforgettable evening set against the backdrop of more than 20,000 square feet of world-class amenities. The highlight of the outdoor experience was Salato’s breathtaking 80-foot ocean view pool and spa, complemented by a separate wet deck with loungers, poolside grilling stations, and a covered bar and loggia ideal for entertaining. Attendees also toured the fully designed and furnished model residence by Interiors by Steven G., showcasing the refined aesthetic that defines the Salato lifestyle. The celebration was elevated further by live entertainment featuring a DJ, saxophonist, acrobatic dancers, and a magician/mentalist.
